To ask the Secretary of State for Health what the total cost was of the Healthcare for London consultation for (a) events, (b) fees for producing the logos, names and other marketing materials, (c) other fees to consultants, (d) printing costs, (e) distribution costs, (f) staff costs and (g) other costs in each financial year.
