To ask the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster how many complaints of (a) sexual harassment and (b) sexual discrimination have been made by staff in his Department in the most recent year for which figures are available. (184695)

The information requested is as follows:

(a) In order to protect the confidentiality and privacy of individuals, it is standard Government practice not to publish records relating to five or less individuals.

(b) There have been no complaints of sexual discrimination.
