To ask the Secretary of State for Justice what plans he has to bring forward a Statute Law (Repeals) Bill in this session in response to the recent report from the Law Commission. (188255)

It is the Government's intention to introduce a Bill to give effect to the proposed Statute Law (Repeals) Bill as soon as possible in the current Session.
