To ask the Secretary of State for Transport with reference to the answer of 6 July 2006, Official Report, columns 1268-69W, on heavy goods vehicles, what recent estimate she has made of the proportion of heavy goods vehicle kilometres on roads accounted for by foreign heavy goods vehicles.
