The Treasury actively promotes employee volunteering, including by: providing special leave entitlements to enable staff to take a limited amount of time off each year to volunteer; holding regular events with voluntary sector organisations to raise awareness of volunteering opportunities; providing information on volunteering via an internal website; supporting a staff-led Volunteers Group.
