Social Security Benefits: Prisoners Release

To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions how many ex-prisoners of working age were claiming (a) income support, (b) incapacity benefit, (c) jobseeker’s allowance and (d) another working age benefit (i) three, (ii) six and (iii) 12 months after being released from prison in each year since 1997.
