The buildings occupied by the Department for Innovation, Universities and Skills, since its creation in June 2007, are administered on our behalf by the Department for Children, Schools and Families and the Department for Business, Enterprise and Regulatory Reform. This also goes for the related facilities management arrangements and utilities contracts. The exact split of utilities bills has not yet been carried out.
