I have agreed with the chief executive designate of the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) and the Mayor of London that we expect London boroughs to be actively involved through participation on the sub-committee of the HCA Board and involvement in the delivery of individual schemes on the ground, reflecting their key role in delivering housing in London.
