To ask the Secretary of State for Children, Schools and Families how many regulatory impact assessments his Department has conducted in the last 12 months. (191276)

Regulatory impact assessments were replaced with impact assessments in May 2007. The new requirement was that any new policies would be assessed using the new framework from the beginning of the parliamentary Session in November 2007. Details of the regulatory impact assessments that were published by my Department are available from the House Library.
