To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what estimate he has made of the UK's gross and net contribution to the EU in the most recent financial year for which figures are available; what has been the total gross and net contributions made by the UK since 1978; and what amount per head of UK population these figures represent.
