To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department what estimate she has made of the number of children under 16 years of age who have been brought to the UK by parents on a visitor’s visa from (a) Pakistan and (b) elsewhere and left with relatives settled in the UK while the parents returned home since 1978; and if she will make a statement.
