To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department what estimate she has made of the number of records missing from the register of foreign nationals granted indefinite leave to remain in the United Kingdom. (194118)

There is no central register of people who have been given indefinite leave to remain in the United Kingdom.

Applications for indefinite leave have been recorded on the Case Information Database and on the United Kingdom Visa Database since 2003. There is no estimate made as to records missing from this database.
