Credit Cards: Fraud

To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what steps the Government has taken to encourage UK citizens to minimise the risk of credit card fraud whilst abroad. (198126)

The Foreign and Commonwealth Office website warns British nationals travelling abroad, of known credit card scams and frauds in its country specific Travel Advice pages. In addition, there is general advice on how to avoid credit card fraud while travelling abroad in the travelling-and-living abroad section:
