Fireworks: Prosecutions

To ask the Secretary of State for Justice how many prosecutions there were for firework-related offences in (a) 2003, (b) 2004, (c) 2005 and (d) 2006. (197268)

The number of defendants proceeded against at magistrates courts for offences relating to fireworks in England and Wales for the years 2003 to 2006 can be viewed in the table as follows.
