To ask the Solicitor-General how many prosecutions have been brought under the Racial and Religious Hatred Act 2006 since the law was implemented. (205334)

The Racial and Religious Hatred Act 2006 came into force on 1 October 2007 and to date there have been no prosecutions under the legislation.
