To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer pursuant to the answer of 21 April 2008, Official Report, column 1688W, on Valuation Office: ICT, what correspondence there is between the boundaries of localities and other (a) local government or (b) statistical geographical divisions. (204867)

To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether the Valuation Office Agency’s Automated Valuation Model is used for the valuation of houses for (a) right-to-buy sales and (b) inheritance tax. (204892)
