Schools: Computers

To ask the Secretary of State for Children, Schools and Families what recent estimate he has made of the proportion of children in maintained schools who have access to computers at school. (206931)

Over 99 per cent. of schools report having computers available for teaching and learning. In primary schools, there is on average one computer for every 5.7 pupils, and in secondary schools one computer for every 3.2 pupils.
