To ask the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government what regard the Infrastructure Planning Commission will have to the provisions of the European Directives on (a) Ambient Air Quality and Cleaner Air for Europe and (b) Environmental Noise in making decisions on major infrastructure projects.
