To ask the Secretary of State for Business, Enterprise and Regulatory Reform what the total energy consumption in Scotland was in the week-long period beginning (a) 14 March, (b) 21 March, (c) 31 March and (d) 6 April 2008; and what estimate he has made of the cost of energy consumed in each week.
