To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions what estimate he has made of the number of children who were aged (a) under five, (b) five to 11 and (c) 12 to 16 years living in households in receipt of incapacity benefit or severe disablement allowance in each London local authority area in each of the last 10 years.
