To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions what percentage of the working population of Hyndburn constituency received incapacity benefit in the latest period for which figures are available. (218290)

At November 2007, 10.9 per cent. of the working age population of the Hyndburn parliamentary constituency were in receipt of incapacity benefit or severe disablement allowance.
