To ask the Secretary of State for Health what percentage of (a) beef, (b) lamb, (c) pork and (d) dairy products used in his departmental headquarters were imported products in the most recent period for which figures are available. (166653)

The requested information is given in the ‘Proportion of Domestically Produced Food used by Government Departments and also supplied to Hospitals and Prisons under contracts negotiated by the NHS Supply Chain and HM Prison Service’ report (published by the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs), copies of which have already been placed in the Library.
