To ask the Secretary of State for Culture, Media and Sport what estimate he has made of the number of people who participated in 30 minutes of moderate intensity sport (a) once a week, (b) twice a week, (c) three times a week, (d) four times a week and (e) five times a week, broken down by (i) Government region and (ii) local authority area in each of the last three years. Due to the success of the Active People Survey 2005-06, Sport England is repeating the survey, and it will now run as a continuous annual survey. The second year of the survey commenced on 15 October 2007 and is due to report in November 2008.
