To ask the Secretary of State for Health with reference to the Cancer Reform Strategy's Impact Assessment, if he will break down the one-off transition costs for improving radiotherapy services by anticipated expenditure on (a) increasing capacity, (b) reducing cancer waits and (c) collecting and analysing outcomes data. The one-off transitional costs of £394 million on page 3 of the Cancer Reform Strategy's Impact Assessment refer only to the cost of radiotherapy capacity.
