To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer how many prosecutions have been brought against employers for breach of national minimum wage legislation in the last 12 months; and how many of those cases related to employers in (a) Wakefield district and (b) Hemsworth constituency. (221753)

Since 1 August 2007, there have been five successful prosecutions for minimum wage offences. HMRC does not maintain statistics at district or constituency level.
