To ask the Secretary of State for Children, Schools and Families (1) how many pupils at (a) primary and (b) secondary schools in Lancashire do not speak English as a first language; (230267)

(2) how many schools there are in Lancashire where (a) more than 10 per cent. and (b) more than 20 per cent. of pupils do not speak English as a first language.
