[holding answer 14 October 2008]: I do not intend to instruct the NDA to release the full version of their Uranium and Plutonium: Macro-Economic Study paper as it contains security and commercial information that is restricted. The public version of the document has since been supplemented by the NDA’s Plutonium Options Paper that was recently published on their website.
