To ask the Secretary of State for Transport pursuant to the Answer of 1 September 2008, Official Report, columns 1408-9W, on departmental postal services, how much (a) his Department, (b) the Highways Agency, (c) the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency and (d) the Vehicle and Operator Services Agency spent on its mail services in the last year.
