To ask the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster how much the Prime Minister’s Office spent on external training courses for staff in (a) 2005, (b) 2006, (c) 2007 and (d) 2008; and which external organisations were paid by the Department to provide such courses in each year. (230493)
