National Curriculum Tests

To ask the Secretary of State for Children, Schools and Families how many pupils obtained level 2 or above in key stage 1 (a) English and (b) mathematics tests in 2003 but did not obtain level 4 or above in key stage 2 tests in 2007. (232420)
