Anti-Bullying Alliance

To ask the Secretary of State for Children, Schools and Families how much he has allocated to the Anti-Bullying Alliance for each of the next three years; for what purposes; and if he will make a statement. (231361)

The Anti Bullying Alliance is funded by the Department to deliver a three year programme of work from April 2008 to (i) raise awareness of how to recognise, prevent and tackle bullying in the education sector, and (ii) offer support and challenge to local authorities and schools to help embed anti-bullying work effectively on the ground.

The funding allocated to this work, excluding VAT, in each of the next three years is shown in the table.
