Taxation: Prisoners

To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer how much tax and national insurance had been paid by prisoners employed in the Howard League for Penal Reform social enterprise in HMP Coldingley at the point of its closure; and how much has been refunded. (236802)

As for other individuals, the personal tax affairs of prisoners are covered by rules of confidentiality.
