Smoking: East of England

Volume 483: debated on Tuesday 18 November 2008

To ask the Secretary of State for Health what budget within the East of England strategic health authority has been allocated to lowering the number of smokers in the latest period for which figures are available. (235733)

The information requested is not held centrally. Allocations for the national health service Stop Smoking Services are made to primary care trusts, which then decide how best to provide the service to their communities. The hon. Member may wish to raise this locally with NHS East of England.
