To ask the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government to whom a hard copy of the South-East Plan consultation document was distributed by her Department during the recent consultation in (a) Guildford borough, (b) Waverley borough and (c) Surrey. (236609)

Hard copies were distributed to all south-east MPs and MEPs, participants at the Examination in Public, South East England Regional Assembly members, and local authority heads of planning. Public libraries and planning authority offices received copies for inspection.

In addition, a further approximately 100 hard copies have been distributed on a request basis across the region.
