The Department for Business, Enterprise and Regulatory Reform (BERR) is jointly responsible, with the Department for Communities and Local Government (CLG), for implementing the recommendations of the review of sub-national economic development and regeneration (SNR). Ministers and officials in both Departments are in regular contact over progress with its implementation and, in particular, with regard to responding to the consultation ‘Prosperous Places: taking forward the review of sub-national economic development and regeneration’.
