The following bodies are designated super-complainants: the Campaign for Real Ale Limited; the Consumer Council for Water ("Watervoice"); the Consumers' Association ("Which?"); the General Consumer Council for Northern Ireland; the National Association of Citizens Advice Bureaux; and the National Consumer Council ("Consumer Focus").
