Tax Credit: Telephone Services

To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will place in the Library a copy of each of the scripts used by tax credit helpline staff. (241459)

To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether it is the policy of his Department’s tax credit helpline to offer a callback to callers upon request. (241460)
