The Department for Work and Pensions and the Department for Communities and Local Government signed the memorandum of understanding and have since implemented the Zanzibar eProcurement Service

OGC estimate the costs to be approximately £8,000 per annum and £542,795 for 2007-08, respectively.

£70,000 has been paid to ProcServe in 2008-09. No payments were made in the previous three years.
