I refer the hon. Member to the answer I gave to my hon. Friend the Member for Hendon (Mr. Dismore) on 26 November, Official Report, column 1794W, in which I expressed concern at the direction taken by preparations for the Durban Review Conference.

A further round of negotiations will take place in January 2009, after which the Government will assess their position.
