The Department for International Development's (DFID) bilateral budget for Eritrea in 2008-09 is £2.1 million. £2 million of this is for UNICEF's water and sanitation programme, the remainder for Oxfam's water and sanitation project in Debub. In the event of an humanitarian crisis we would consider making further funds available.
