To ask the Secretary of State for Transport what assessment he has made of the findings of the Humber Bridge Tolls Impact Assessment; and if he will make a statement. (244776)

The study will be included in the evidence presented to the Inspector as part of the public inquiry on the application by the Humber Bridge Board to revise tolls at the Humber bridge. In these circumstances it would be inappropriate for me to comment on the study and its findings.
