To ask the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government how many responses she received to her Department's recent consultation on community land trusts; who the respondents were; and when she plans to bring forward proposals on (a) regulation and (b) funding of community land trusts. The consultation closed on 31 December 2008. The Government received 63 responses from a variety of stakeholders. We are currently analysing the responses and will be publishing a summary in the near future.
