To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer what estimate he has made of (a) the average full time equivalent pay and (b) the staff turnover rate of HM Revenue and Customs employees in (i) Scotland, (ii) Wales, (iii) Northern Ireland and (iv) each region of England in the latest period for which figures are available.
