To ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland what plans the Department of Public Prosecutions in Northern Ireland has for action in civil recovery; when these will be implemented; and what budget has been set aside for such civil recovery work in (a) 2008-09 and (b) 2009-10. (243927)
