To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department which agencies outside the United Kingdom are permitted to undertake remote surveillance of the use of an individual's computer in the UK; and under what legislation such surveillance is permitted. (250874)

None. Such activity without the system owner's permission would constitute an offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990.
