To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions what the average distance from a benefit claimant’s house to a Jobcentre Plus office was (a) in the UK and (b) in Inverness, Nairn, Badenoch and Strathspey constituency in each of the last five years. (251470)

To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions how many people worked at Nairn Jobcentre Plus in each of the 60 months before it was closed. (251473)

The administration of Jobcentre Plus is a matter for the Acting Chief Executive of Jobcentre Plus, Mel Groves. I have asked him to provide the hon. Member with the information requested.

The Secretary of State has asked me to reply to your question asking how many peopled worked at Inverness Jobcentre Plus office in each of the last 60 months. This is something that falls within the responsibilities delegated to me as Acting Chief Executive of Jobcentre Plus.
