Civil Servants: Pay

To ask the Secretary of State for Health how many (a) civil servants, (b) permanent non-civil servants and (c) temporary or agency staff are employed at each (i) grade and (ii) salary range on the 18 week referral to treatment team. (258137)

[holding answer 23 February 2009]: The 18 weeks referral to treatment commitment is programme managed by a mixture of civil servants, secondees and temporary staff. The majority of these staff work on this area as part of other wider responsibilities. A breakdown of these staff is shown in the following table:
