Those who apply for the Voluntary Assisted Return and Reintegration Programme (VARRP) operated on behalf of the UK Border Agency by the International Organisation for Migration sign a Declaration of Voluntary Return on application.
From January 2008 to November 2008 216 people applied to return to Zimbabwe via the VARRP.
