No payments have been made to Deborah Mattinson and only one payment has been made to Opinion Leader Research since 31 December 2007. The payment to Opinion Leader Research was £55,210. This was in connection with a contract to carry out research to develop the evidence base for the PSA 16 settled accommodation indicators.
