Social Fund data are not held by London borough, but by Jobcentre Plus Social Fund budget area (or, before such budget areas were used for the administration of the Social Fund, by Jobcentre Plus district, and, prior to that, by Social Fund district). Since May 2002, there have been several changes to the boundaries of administrative areas. As a result, data which can be compared across time are available for all Jobcentre Plus Social Fund budget areas from September 2006 only.
